You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Products and Purchases

3.2 Ordering and Payment

Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock shortages. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any payments made.

3.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship products to addresses within Australia and select international locations as specified during checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes).

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders.

3.4 Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Opened products may be eligible for exchange only if defective. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@stimhub.com with your order details.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not refund shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

3.5 Health and Safety Disclaimer

Our supplements contain stimulants and other active ingredients. Use as directed on the label. Overuse may cause side effects such as increased heart rate, jitteriness, or insomnia. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience adverse effects.

We make no warranties regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of our products for your specific needs. Always consult a physician before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you have health conditions or take medications.
