Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us (hello@stimhub.com) within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Non-returnable items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect use of a product

  • Opened or used items

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless faulty)

  • payment provider


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled.
